To fill the last gaps in VILLA LA PERLA CALPE (36451), we sometimes also rent the 2 floors separately.

This apartment has a large wooden terrace with fantastic sea views and to the side of the apartment is also a private garden with a large dining table.

The large swimming pool is shared with the other apartment.

You have a fantastic sea view here and it is located in a quiet neighborhood.
You can be in the center of Calpe or on the beach in 10 minutes by car.
