In the low season we rent the 2 apartments of VILLA LA PERLA CALPE (micazu 36451) separately.
During the summer months the house can only be rented in its entirety.

This apartment has a side terrace with BBQ and large dining table.
The large swimming pool is shared with the other apartment (micazu 36499)

You have a fantastic sea view here and it is located in a quiet neighborhood.
You can be in the center of Calpe or on the beach in 10 minutes by car.
