Very spacious holiday home with FANTASTIC SEA VIEWS and lots of privacy in a very popular area of CALPE! 
The house has a very spacious swimming pool and a very large terrace. 

The property consists of 2 floors with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Each floor has a separate entrance with kitchen, dining room, living room and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 
The tenants are allowed to use the entire house and garden.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation before the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
The costs for final cleaning, sheets, towels will of course be reimbursed.
If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
