Welcome to Apartment LA PERLA
We have 2 identical apartments in the Fabiola I building.
This Apartment is located on the 10th floor with MAGNIFICENT sea view!
Very centrally located.... 2 minutes walk to the beach and shopping street, restaurants, old town....

There are 2 swimming pools (1 large and 1 children's pool). In the summer, there is always a lifeguard present to supervise the swimming pool.
In Calpe there are 2 large beaches (left and right of the ifach rock). We are located on the side of the ARENAL-BOL beach, this is the side where there is something to do in winter and summer.
At 150m you are on the beach and at 100m you are on the shopping street Gabriël Miro where you can also find the supermarkets.
The old town, with cozy restaurants, starts just behind the apartment.
Our other apartment can also be found on micazu.
