Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation before the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
The costs for final cleaning, sheets, towels will of course be reimbursed.
If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.

This beautiful beach is a 2-minute walk away.
Calpe beach
The “Penon de Ifach”, symbol of the Costa Blanca, rises from the sea like a limestone rock of 50,000 m² and is 332 m high and 1 km long. Connected to the earth by a narrow isthmus, it is a remnant of the displacement of the nearby “Sierra de Olta” and thus became a great geographical and beautiful feature of the entire Mediterranean region. It is one of the most visited natural sites and a meeting point for recreational divers, mountaineers and hikers.

The old town starts at a 5-minute walk. The old town of Calp is a pleasant center with narrow streets and stairs painted with the Spanish flag. Part of the old town has been restored, including medieval city walls and a defense tower. In the central part is the Plaza de la Villa with the church Nuestra Senora de las Nieves, the church consists of an old part from the fifteenth century and a modern part.
