When we arrived there was a dirty pair of men's briefs on the driveway, first impression was made immediately, coffee maker did not work, we only got new ones on the penultimate day after having already sent 2 messages. Photos on your site are seriously outdated, was certainly no longer that modern villa from the photos. Also of the many stairs you have to do to get to the pool and back nothing is noticed. Sheets did not smell fresh, I washed the 6 beds this day afterwards because were not comfortable in it. Also lounge set too dirty to sit in, very warm in the evening at the front where there is an outdoor table. Don't come back there, feel cheated, certainly not a good value for money. Also pay to maintain pool daily but have seen someone do this twice.

It is indeed strange that there was a slip in the driveway. On Thursday 13/08 you sent us an email about this and also about the coffee machine and in which you indicated that you had also sent a message to our local office. Unfortunately, your message has not been received by the local office, but it is unfortunate that you waited so long to inform us about this.
As soon as the notification was known, they responded immediately and replaced the coffee maker on the same day. In the picture you can see that the pool is lower than the house and you can also see the stairs. We are very surprised by the fact that the photos do not correspond to reality. The photos that have been placed on Micazu are a bit older, on our own site you can see recent photos, but show the same interior and condition. The owner also invests in his house every year, to make it even more comfortable for his guests.
Swimming pool is cleaned 2 x per week which is also mentioned when booking. The contribution is 35 euros per week, which is shown in the booking per day because different dates are also possible.
We would like to hear from you what you think would not match the photos and why the friendliness/service of the landlord scores so low, so that we can discuss this with the owner and the local office.
