The name of this holiday villa says it all, it offers you a beautiful sunrise every day of your holiday. It is located in the Roca Grossa district and because of its slightly higher location you therefore have this great view of the Mediterranean Sea!

As soon as you enter the villa, you will find the spacious kitchen and living room on this floor. From both areas you have direct access to a spacious terrace.

In the hall is the staircase that leads down to 2 spacious bedrooms, both of which also have a bathroom. Both rooms have access to a closed conservatory. From this conservatory you come outside to the third, again, spacious bedroom that also has a bathroom.

Continue down the stairs and you'll be at the pool, where there's also an extra bathroom.

This is really a perfect place for a group of young people, due to its location and spectacular view!

Villa Sunrise is an 11-person holiday home with a private swimming pool, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Villa Sunrise is located in Lloret de Mar, in the residential area of Rocca Grossa, Costa Brava, Spain. The beach is approx. 3.1 km away. About pets: not allowed, a car is required.
The pool has a size of 8m x 4m. The total floor area is approximately 242 m ² .
The rental price includes normal use of water, electricity, gas and taxes. The sizes mentioned are approximate and may differ from reality.

The following special conditions apply to this holiday home:
■ The 3rd bedroom can be reached from 2 sides of the house. From the right side with the stairs down and through the terrace from the conservatory.

This accommodation is very suitable for groups with an average age of 18 years or older. Families are naturally welcome, but the furnishings and level of facilities are not particularly suitable for children.

For groups, a deposit of € 125 per person applies and the rental of bed linen is mandatory.
