When you enter the charming and fully furnished villa you will be amazed by the amount of space and light on this ground floor. Here you will find an open kitchen, with all the essentials, a large living/dining room with huge windows overlooking the pool, a bathroom with shower and toilet next to the large fourth bedroom. This bedroom can accommodate 4 people, the bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed for 2 people and direct access to the pool and terrace! Ideal for couples and/or family with children.
A plus is that both the living room, dining room and terrace with the lovely swimming pool are all on the same level so that you can relax if necessary. you can keep a close eye on your children from, for example, the terrace where you are enjoying the sun!
Via the wide marble staircase you reach the other three bedrooms. All room for two people. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, with a sink for him and her, a toilet and a nice shower. From the balcony of the bedroom you have an incredibly beautiful view of the area!
Also on this floor is a second bathroom with toilet, bath and shower with an adjoining very handy laundry room.
One of the other bedrooms also has access to the large sunny balcony overlooking the sea and the pool, a perfect place to retreat with a good book, or just enjoy the beautiful surroundings!
The back of the villa is also a nice place to relax, you can sit here wonderfully quiet and if you need some cooling, you can sit in the shade under the shady tree! Villa Sofia has it all!
This holiday home is located in a quiet urbanization just a five minute drive to the nearest supermarket and only an 8 minute drive to the center of Lloret De Mar. The center of Lloret de Mar offers something for everyone and all ages and boasts some of the best restaurants here on the Costa Brava, the best bars and cafes and of course the beautiful beaches. Young and old, Lloret de Mar will not disappoint you!
Nearby are some of Spain's best beaches, all within a ten minute drive. Other places such as Tossa De Mar are only a 20 minute drive away, with breathtaking scenery! And on the other side of Lloret de Mar, just a 20 minute drive away, you will find the coastal town of Blanes with its huge boulevard and lively harbour. Blanes has some of the best seafood restaurants in the area.
The city of Girona with its beautiful architecture and narrow streets lined with delicious trendy tapas bars and cafes is only a 25 minute drive away. Also ideal if you want to enjoy a day of shopping!
