Comfortable, detached villa with private swimming pool in the Els Pinares district. The furnishings are modern and from the living room you have a beautiful view of the surroundings and the Mediterranean Sea.
Upon arrival there is a parking space on your own property (1 car). You enter the ground floor through the front door. Here are the living room, kitchen, which is equipped with all amenities, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and both bedrooms have direct access to the swimming pool and terrace.
You reach the top floor via the stairs. Here are the other bedrooms and 1 bathroom. From the landing you also have a view of the living room and there is a sofa bed for 2 people. All upstairs bedrooms have access to an additional and very spacious roof terrace. 1 bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed, with a trundle bed underneath. The other bedroom has two single beds and via the stairs, from this bedroom, you reach the 5th bedroom (kind of mezzanine) with a double bed (not closed).
A refreshing dip in the pool or simply reading a book or magazine in one of the sun loungers will offer you the peace and quiet you may have been longing for. Or just do nothing and dream away at the amazing sea view!

For groups, a deposit of € 125 per person applies and bed linen rental is mandatory.
