Villa Olivia is located on the beautiful hills of the Serra Brava residential area. The area is very quiet and it is located on a dead end street. And for the crowds you are within 5 to 10 minutes in the pleasant center of Lloret de Mar and the beautiful beach of Canyelles is about 2.5 km away.
You can park your car safely in the private parking lot. Via the stairs you reach the very spacious terrace with all facilities so that you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest. Enjoy a private swimming pool (7.5m x 3.5m) with sun beds, a lounge and a dining table with barbecue for a delicious dinner with friends or family.
Inside the villa, all rooms are on the ground floor. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have access to the terrace and in addition there are 2 fully equipped bathrooms with massage showers. You can also reach the terrace through the living room with open kitchen through large glass sliding doors!

There are 3 air conditioners, one in the living room/kitchen, 1 in the "master" bedroom and 1 in the bedroom with the bunk beds. These are available at an additional cost.
