18 years or older. A deposit of € 125 per person applies to groups.

Cancellation Policy Cancellation by tenant If an agreement is cancelled, in addition to the booking costs due and the costs for any cancellation insurance taken out, the following cancellation costs will be charged:
- In case of cancellation not earlier than 6 weeks before the planned arrival date, the full sum is due.
- In case of cancellation earlier than 6 weeks but not earlier than 8 weeks before the planned arrival date, 75% of the full sum is due. In all other cases, 50% of the full sum is due.
Cancellations must be communicated to CostaCabana immediately by telephone or e-mail and confirmed in writing, whereby cancellations received outside office hours will always be made on the next working day. The day of receipt of the written confirmation is regarded as the day of cancellation.
Cancellation by CostaCabana If any circumstance necessitates the cancellation of the already rented property, the tenant will be notified of this as soon as possible and, if possible, an alternative will be offered. If this alternative is not accepted, or if an alternative cannot be offered, the amount already paid by the tenant will be refunded immediately. The tenant has no more or other right towards CostaCabana than to reclaim this amount.
