The beach of Las Rotas. Is 4 kilometers of rocky, pristine and wild beach. It has been declared a marine reserve.
The walking routes at Las Rotas. The highest is Torre del Gerro. This was built in the 1020th century to protect the coast against pirate attacks. The name comes from the shape of a jug.
Various routes for walks and hiking start in the Montgó nature reserve behind our villa. There are 15 different routes.

Sun all day long due to the ideal south-facing location.
It is also a pleasure to enjoy in the evening.
Read a book in the hammock and swing in the shade of a beautiful tree.
The outdoor kitchen with hot and cold running water (thanks to the extra boiler under the counter top), dishwasher, large fridge / freezer and a large Weber Genesis gas BBQ.
The covered outdoor kitchen is ideally located on the south, with a view over the garden and of course directly at the pool, outdoor shower and toilet.
We bought 2 new white chairs (2023). You can also place the chairs in the corner of the pool for the morning sun.
The early morning sun shines into the outdoor kitchen in spring and autumn. A nice start to the day.
Perhaps the most beautiful spot for us.
The original Italian Nardi chairs (2023) are made in such a way that the towel at the top can be attached to the back with clips. Not only beautiful, but also practical.
The deepest part of the pool is approximately 2 meters, so diving is NOT allowed.
The bougainvillea is connected to irrigation and therefore beautiful all year round.
This is the street side of the house, plenty of privacy due to the green oleander hedges.
It is possible to walk all the way around the house. Everywhere there is a beautifully landscaped garden.
This is the other side of the house with the fruit trees behind this tree (see photo 19), again lawn and characteristic stone wall. And of course a hedge to the neighbors, so that there is privacy.

Under the dense tree on the side of the house you look out over the lawn towards the valley.
In the garden there are a number of fruit trees (lemon, orange, figs, kaki) and grape plants.
There is a spacious outdoor shower by the pool with a large boiler and a toilet (behind black door).
Also at the back there is a lawn, beautiful plants and (palm) trees. And the hedge provides privacy to the neighbors. Unfortunately, the tree has blown down. It does provide an ideal patch of lawn for the football goal.

The veranda and patio on the first floor have been redecorated (2021/2022) with a lounge set, table, chairs, sofa and the same beautiful new tiled floor as inside and near the pool.
