Beautiful spacious new penthouse with spectacular sea views from a spacious terrace. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and 2 bathrooms and is a 1-minute walk from Almadrava beach. The complex has its own swimming pool.

The living room has a large 5-person leather corner sofa, dining room table with 4 chairs.
All rooms have sea views, direct access to the terrace and a smart TV.
Supermarket within 500 m and restaurants within walking distance.

There are several restaurants within walking distance from which you can also see the beautiful sunset. The port of Demia with its fantastic restaurants (Republic Denia is our favorite) is 10 minutes by car.

There is a water sports school 5 minutes away where you or your child can take lessons in SUPing, kiting and windsurfing. This together with other children. You can register your child per part of the day. Guaranteed fun, especially with other children in the group. I took supplements there myself. highly recommended.

Supermarkets Aldi and Lidl are 3 minutes by car. You can fill up your shopping cart here for a third of the Dutch prices.

I have my motorcycle at the apartment and I enjoy riding into the mountains early in the morning for a few hours in the summer. Very quiet and perfect road surface.

The apartment is located just off road 332 that goes from Valencia to Alicante. We are there within 2 minutes (don't worry, you won't notice anything in terms of noise) and you can drive to Javea (15 minutes) Moraira (20 minutes) Calpe (25 minutes) and Altea (30 minutes) within 30 minutes. All places are very special and different.

Personally, I think Denia is the most beautiful because the old culture has been preserved with narrow streets in the center, modern shopping streets and many squares with restaurants.

In Denia towards Las Rotas there are plenty of opportunities to rent a canoe and then go out to sea.
