The house is fully equipped. From the living room you can go through the French doors to the covered veranda and enjoy the tranquility of the large garden. From the back of the garden you have a beautiful view of the lower Klarälven and the hilly landscape behind. It is also possible to enjoy a romantic DVD or play a card game together in the cozy kitchen diner. Or you can sunbathe comfortably on the roof terrace. Of course you can also enjoy a lovely walk, relaxed fishing or a boat trip on the many lakes or the mighty Klarälven or a trip through the woods or cycling on the Klarälvsbanen (the cycle path that was built on the old railway from Hagfors to Karlstad).

ground floor
On the ground floor you will find a large lockable hall that can also be used as a playroom but can also simply be turned into a third bedroom. There are two good folding beds available for this. This space on the ground floor also has a toilet, shower and large double sink!! Then you enter the spacious kitchen with all appliances such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc., and a spacious, cozy living room with TV, DVD player, radio/CD player and French doors that provide access to the covered veranda.

Upper floor
On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms: one double room (mattress size: 160x200cm) and a bedroom with two bunk beds (mattress size: 80x200cm). A bathroom with shower cabin, 2nd toilet, washbasin and bidet, together with the landing and access to the sun terrace, round off the top floor. All beds have single duvets and pillows. For a fee you can also rent a bed linen and hand package from us, consisting of a fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, towel and shower towel.

Other
A washing machine, cot, bath and high chair are available. From January 2022 this house will have internet access.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
