The spacious outdoor patio with large outdoor barbecue is ideal for long summer evenings with the whole family. Child-friendly because of the many play areas and the garden house full of toys in the garden.

LAYOUT FINCA FRUTA
This finca has a spacious living room and huge kitchen. The kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, dishwasher and blender. The spacious living room has two large leather sofas, luxury armchairs, a grand piano, chess set, various bookcases, a satellite television and DVD player. There is also a second living room.
The master bedroom is truly fantastic and has a bath in the bedroom as well as a television. This way you can relax from the bath with a view of the garden. This master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The second bedroom has a double bed and loft/attic with trundle bed where 2 more people can sleep. The third bedroom has two single beds and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. In the basement are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The third bathroom also has a shower, toilet and sink. The villa has fans, air conditioning and wifi. There is also a washing machine and dryer.

THE OUTDOORS OF FINCA FRUTA
Outside you will find a spacious terrace/balcony with a lounge set. Via a staircase you reach the garden with the private swimming pool and garden house with toys for the children. On the fresh green lawn, children can play endlessly. There is even a real garden house full of toys for the children. There are sunbeds in front of the heated private pool. The pool can be closed off from the outside which makes it very safe for children. But that's not all, the pool can also be heated so that you can swim all year round. There are no other villas around the finca, so you can enjoy complete privacy .

No fixed arrival or departure day.
If you stay in the finca with less than 12 people, a number of bedrooms will be closed. For example, if you stay in the finca with 6 people, three bedrooms will be closed. If you still want to use all bedrooms, a surcharge per room per day will be charged. Ask us for the amounts.
