Finca Can Faye is a detached Spanish dream villa located in a paradise location for 6 people. Finca Can Faye is a cozy family home and completely on the ground floor . You will experience plenty of privacy in the middle of the olive trees. As soon as you enter the driveway you taste the peace and serenity. You wake up here with only the sound of birds. The wonderfully large windows provide plenty of natural light and panoramic views from almost every room. The spacious outdoor terrace is rich in tropical plants and colorful flowers. There are several nice seating areas around the private swimming pool. Finca Can Faye is very stylishly furnished with the use of natural materials and plenty of luxury and comfort. A place that actually inspires.

Finca Can Faye is located in the immediate vicinity of Riogordo. A relatively undiscovered gem in the Andalusia region. The surroundings are truly breathtakingly beautiful. This charming village, with its characteristic whitewashed houses, has a rich cultural heritage. Every Sunday there is a traditional market with local products such as olive oil, honey and wine. The sandy beach of Torre del Mar is a 25-minute drive away. Cities such as Malaga and Antequera are 30 minutes away.

Layout Finca Can Faye
Finca Can Faye is entirely on one level. Because of the large windows and many shades of white, the owners have created plenty of light. The attractive living room with open kitchen has a sofa, armchairs and a television. The spacious dining area with a unique panoramic view is perhaps the nicest place of all. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, electric hob, dishwasher, sufficient kitchen utensils, etc.

There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed (160 x 200) and one with two single beds (90 x 200). All three bathrooms are spacious with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathrooms have separate heaters and radiators for drying the towels. There are mosquito screens on the windows of the bathrooms. Excellent WiFi is available and air conditioning (hot/cold) is available in all areas. There is a washing machine in a separate room outside. Heating: pellet stove and air conditioning (hot/cold).

The outdoor life of Finca Can Faye
In the very spacious and beautifully landscaped garden is the private swimming pool (8 x 4 m) surrounded by four nice sun beds and seating areas under the thatched parasols. The swimming pool has various swimming pool accessories that you can use. There is a covered terrace with a spacious dining area with eight chairs where you can enjoy communal meals. You can relax in the new lounge area. There are no fewer than two barbecues available. There is also a nice lounge sofa outside. You will continue to be amazed by the beautiful panoramic view and all the olive trees around you.

Particularities
– Minimum stay 7 nights in July and August and the school holidays (Christmas/New Year, spring, May and autumn) and 4 nights the rest of the year.
– A booking of less than 7 nights is final if it fits in with other bookings, please feel free to contact us about the possibilities.
– Arrival and departure possible every day of the week.

- You can drive to the terrace by car (15cm step)
- One of the bathrooms has a full walk-in shower without thresholds, the showers of the other two bathrooms have a small threshold of 4cm
