FINCA CAN FAYE HOLIDAY HOUSE IN RIOGORDO
Finca Can Faye is a detached Spanish dream villa located in a paradise spot. You will experience plenty of privacy in the middle of the olive trees. As soon as you enter the driveway you taste the peace and serenity. You wake up here with only the sound of birds. The wonderfully large windows provide plenty of natural light and a panoramic view from almost every room. The spacious outdoor terrace is rich in tropical plants and colorful flowers. There are several nice seating areas around the private swimming pool. Finca Can Faye is very stylishly furnished with the use of natural materials and plenty of luxury and comfort. A place that actually inspires.

Finca Can Faye is located in the immediate vicinity of Riogordo. A still relatively undiscovered gem in the Andalusia region. The area is truly breathtakingly beautiful. This attractive village, with its characteristic whitewashed houses, has a rich cultural heritage. Every Sunday there is a traditional market with local products such as olive oil, honey and wine. The sandy beach of Torre del Mar is a 25-minute drive away. Cities such as Malaga and Antequera are 30 minutes away.

LAYOUT FINCA CAN FAYE
Finca Can Faye is entirely on the ground floor. Because of the large windows and many shades of white, the owners have created plenty of light. The attractive living room with open kitchen has a sofa, armchairs and a television. The spacious dining area with its unique panoramic view is perhaps the nicest place of all. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, electric hob, dishwasher, sufficient kitchen utensils, etc. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed (160 x 200) and one with two single beds (90 x 200). Both bathrooms are spacious with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathrooms have separate air conditioning and radiator for drying the towels. There are mosquito nets on the windows of the bathrooms. Excellent WiFi is available and air conditioning (hot/cold) is available in almost all rooms except for two bedrooms. There is a washing machine in a separate room outside.

OUTSIDE AT FINCA CAN FAYE
In the very spacious and beautifully landscaped garden is the private swimming pool (8 x 4 m) surrounded by two comfortable sun beds and seats under the thatched parasols. There is a covered terrace with a spacious dining area where you can enjoy shared meals. There are no less than two barbecues available. You will continue to marvel at the beautiful panoramic view and all the olive trees around you.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Particularities
Minimum stay 7 nights in July and August and school holidays (Christmas/New Year, Spring, May and Autumn) and 4 nights the rest of the year. In the high season and school holidays, the stay must be from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival and departure in the other periods possible every day of the week.
