Space, sun, relaxation, beautiful views, and much more...
The spacious patio is a unique place to eat 'al fresco'.
And after dinner, a nap in the sun.
There is a full summer kitchen in the patio. Cooker, BBQ, oven, refrigerator, freezer, large gas paella pan, sink and all possible kitchen utensils make it perfectly possible to cook outside if you wish.
On cooler evenings the patio can be closed off.
You can then make it cozy with the wood stove. There is TV and WIFI in the patio.
You can set up the salon any way you want, there is plenty of room.
View from the patio to the pool and the villa itself.
The swimming pool area with spacious seating areas, a separate toilet and beautiful views is located between the patio and the villa.
Space, light and views are what we had in mind when we built our dream.
We have also opted for a lot of light and space inside.
The living room has several large patio doors to the terrace.
The open kitchen has everything you need to enjoy cooking in good company.
The cozy lounge has a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings. There is smart TV and of course WIFI everywhere (including the patio).
Imagine having breakfast here... there are worse ways to start your day, don't you think?
All windows in the house have shutters.
Through the hall and the living room you have access to all bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and also to the communal bathroom.
The view over the valley extends to the Mediterranean Sea.
The bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large windows.
The en-suite bathroom with a very spacious walk-in shower.
Step into a new, wonderful holiday day radiant and cheerful.
Sleep like a baby and wake up in a dream.
To get up! (but not too early) A new beautiful day begins
You can also enjoy a wonderful night's sleep in the other double bedroom. Villa Monmar is located in a quiet area.
Each bedroom has large built-in wardrobes, so... just pack.
'A room with a view'
This is the second bathroom, also with a nice large walk-in shower, and not to forget, there is also a separate toilet with sink next to the pool.
The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds. The eternal question remains: Who's at the bottom and who's at the top?
The room for 4 people is really spacious and comfortable.
And as you can see, also a beautiful view.
Now we have introduced Villa Monmar to you...
...an oasis of peace and tranquility.
We offer our guests the opportunity to disconnect from everyday worries and stress during a very special holiday.
In addition, the house offers complete privacy.

As far as the eye can see, you'll see avocado and mango orchards amid the beautiful views of the Axarquia.
Villa Monmar, create beautiful memories with those you love.
The nearest beach is in Torre del Mar.
Just 15 km from the house you can enjoy this wonderful, multi-award winning beach.
Eating cracking fresh fish in one of the many chiringuitos, and then... an afternoon nap perhaps?
