Casa El Mirador is located on a hilltop above the typical white mountain village of Arenas, in Andalusia. Our beautiful house offers a fantastic 270 degree view of the mountains of the Sierra Tejeda National Park, the Mediterranean Sea, several white mountain villages and on clear days even the Rock of Gibraltar and the African coast. Sunsets are often mesmerizing.
Casa El Mirador is located in the heart of La Axarquia, a region in Andalusia, known for its mild, very sunny, microclimate. The winters are less cold and the summers less warm. The average temperature in the summer months is around 30 degrees. With an average of 320 sunny days per year, it is the sunniest region on the European mainland.

The house, suitable for 6 people, offers a beautiful enclosed Mediterranean garden with privacy and a heated private swimming pool. It is the perfect place for people who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a quiet place, but who also want to visit the busier entertainment. The lively beach of Torre del Mar is only 25 minutes away. Vélez-Málaga, the capital of La Axarquia, is a 20-minute drive away and Málaga's old town is around 50 minutes away.

The house will be equipped with new furniture in 2022 and lovingly decorated with numerous colorful accents. The Casa has a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen and a living room with lots of light. The living room overlooks the swimming pool, the mountain landscape, the sea and the coastline of Málaga. The house has 3 bedrooms, each with a spacious king or queen size bed and a beautiful view. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with toilet. There is also a comfortable second bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and a separate guest toilet. In addition, the house has a beautiful conservatory that connects to the veranda with sliding glass doors. Both the conservatory and the living room are very suitable for enjoying enchanting sunsets during cooler evenings in the early and late season. All rooms, kitchen and conservatory are equipped with AC.

The veranda adjacent to the conservatory offers extra shade and contains a Moroccan dining area with gas BBQ. The well-kept Mediterranean garden has palms, cacti, agaves and colorful flowers. The garden has several seating areas to enjoy the beautiful views and often breathtaking sunsets.

Heated swimmingpool
The pool is heated. Pleasant swimming is therefore also possible in the early pre-season or late post-season. The pool has a large terrace with thatched umbrellas and sun beds. The comfortable sunbeds are also very suitable for enjoying the fantastic sunsets, and later on the beautiful starry skies.
