A villa located in the Chimenea district, near the very famous beach of Nerja: Burriana beach with its restaurants and shops. The village centre is a 10-minute walk away. Mercadona supermarket is a 5-minute walk away.
The villa has been completely renovated in 2023/24.Entering the villa, a few steps lead us to the living room, open plan kitchen and dining room. Large patio doors give access to the terrace equipped with blinds, a large table and its 8 comfortable seats with views of this incredible 8x4 swimming pool. What could be nicer than relaxing on one of the 8 deckchairs by the pool.On this level there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet. They both open onto a beautiful terrace equipped with a table and chairs and offer a magnificent view of the park and the mountain.
The same goes for the fourth bedroom, which has a double bed, a bathroom with private toilet, as well as a terrace with table and chairs, where you can enjoy the sea views.
All bedrooms as well as the living room are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets.
As you can see, it is an ideal place to spend a peaceful holiday, while being in Nerja, a welcoming village full of life.
