Villa Riva is a new luxury detached holiday villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms located on the golf courses of the prestigious Santa Clara golf resort. Also located a few minutes from Marbella Golf and Rio Real Golf Marbella, making it the ideal holiday home for the enthusiastic golfer.

The detached house is located right next to the ^15th hole of the Santa Clara golf course and just a few minutes' drive from the beach! You can drive to Marbella town in 10 minutes, to Malaga airport in 30 minutes and to Puerto Banus in 15 minutes. There are many beautiful sandy beaches nearby. The nearest beach is less than a 5-minute drive away where the famous beach clubs are located such as Los Monteros La Cabane, Nosso, Luuma, Oyana, Dune, Bono and the famous Trocadero Arena Beach Club.

The Royal Tennis Club Marbella is also a 5-minute drive away (tennis, padel & fitness). The small-scale urbanization (24 detached homes) is fenced and secured with an entrance gate and 24-hour security (with a security guard present in the evening and at night). The villa has an alarm system and is in contact with security in the urbanization.

Villa Riva has a fantastic panoramic view of the coast, where you can enjoy a perfect view of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa was recently built and is attractively and high-quality furnished with spacious rooms with lots of light. From the moment you enter Villa Riva you are embraced by the luxurious quality. The villa has underfloor heating for the winter months and all (bed)rooms are equipped with a modern air conditioning system. The living room and kitchen are an open living space with large windows and sliding doors. The kitchen is equipped with all desirable modern appliances.

The kitchen and living room are located on the ground floor and provide access to the private heated saltwater pool and garden. Here there is also a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an extra guest toilet. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms, all with large balconies and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. From every room you have a beautiful view of the golf course and sea. The living room and the 4 bedrooms all have televisions with international TV channels and WIFI.

Villa Riva has approximately 100 m2 of terrace space outside and a barbecue with plenty of cozy seating. You can dine with 12 people on the outdoor terrace. You will enjoy the beautifully landscaped garden with a saltwater swimming pool (8x4 m), which can be heated in the colder months. There is also a table tennis table. In 2021 we bought our new-build villa in Marbella. A dream come true: microclimate, close to the beach, 24-hour security, located on the Santa Clara golf course and hotel-chic furnishings. Our Dutch real estate agent arranges tenant support and her husband maintains our house. It is very nice that we and tenants can always call someone directly to help where necessary. Quite pleasant in the land of “manjana”.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between 3 months and 6 weeks before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
