Villa Riva is a new luxury detached holiday villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms located on the golf courses of the prestigious golf resort of Santa Clara. Also located a few minutes from Marbella Golf and Rio Real Golf Marbella, so the ideal holiday home for the keen golfer.

The detached house is located right next to the 15 hole of the Santa Clara golf course and just a few minutes drive from the beach! You can drive to Marbella town in 10 minutes, to Malaga airport in 30 minutes and to Puerto Banus in 15 minutes. There are many beautiful sandy beaches nearby. The nearest beach is less than a 5-minute drive away where the famous beach lubs are located such as Los Angeles. Monteros La Cabane, Nosso, Luuma, Oyana, Dune, Bono and the famous Trocadero Arena Beach Club.

The Royal Tennis Club Marbella is also a 5-minute drive away (tennis, padel & fitness). The small-scale urbanization (24 detached houses) is fenced and secured with entrance gate and 24-hour security (of which a security guard is present in the evening and at night).  The villa has an alarm system and is in contact with security in the urbanization.

Here is also a bedroom with bathroom en-suite and an extra guest toilet. On the 1st floor are 3 bedrooms all with large balcony and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. From every room you have a beautiful view of the golf course and sea. The living room and the 4 bedrooms are all equipped with televisions with international TV channels and WIFI. 

Villa Riva has approx. 100 m2 of terrace space outside and a barbecue area with plenty of cozy seating.  On the outdoor terrace you can dine with 12 people. You will enjoy the beautifully landscaped garden with a saltwater swimming pool (8x4 mtr), which can be heated in the colder months. There is also a table tennis table.
