La Joya residencial Mijas 🌞

Our 5-person apartment with ample sea view and 2 sunny terraces is located on residence "La Joya" with 2 saltwater swimming pools and a children's pool.

The entire furnishing of our apartment is based on a stay of up to 5 people. It has a spacious sitting room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and living room. There are two full bedrooms: 1 with king-size bed and the other bedroom with 3 single beds and 2 new bathrooms, both with a toilet and shower.

A stone's throw and walking distance is a sandy beach with a nice beach bar "club Tropicana". Because the complex is located near the main road autovia del Meditarraneo you can be in Fuengirola or Marbella within a few minutes. The seaside resorts of Benalmadena, Torremolinos and La Carihuela are also nearby. Malaga Airport is about half an hour's drive away and in just over an hour's drive you are in Gibraltar, also known as the monkey rock, an English part of Spain.

We, Petra and Sander, have been the proud owners of this great apartment in beautiful and sunny Andalusia for a year and a half. Before we became owners, we regularly went on holiday in this fantastic area and it continues to surprise us.
We would like to share this with you and have therefore continued the rental just like the previous owner.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation by the tenant, this must always be done in writing by e-mail. The following conditions apply:

* up to the 42nd day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: 25% of the rental price;
* from the 42nd day (incl) to the 28th day (excl) before the day of arrival: 50% of the rental price;
* from the 28th day (incl) to the 7th day (excl) before the day of arrival: 75% of the rental price;
* from the 7th day (incl) until the day of arrival or later: 100% of the rental price.

In the event of cancellation on our part, any monies already paid will be refunded.
In the months of July and August we charge full weeks from Saturday to Saturday for bookings.
