Enjoy the sun, sea and the wonderful Spanish life on the Costa del Sol!

Our comfortable 5-person apartment in Residence La Joya, Mijas Costa has a beautiful and spacious view of the sea and has no less than two sunny terraces. A nice place to have a quiet breakfast in the sun in the morning or enjoy a drink at the end of the day.

Residence La Joya has two saltwater swimming pools and a separate children's pool, ideal for a relaxing day close to the apartment.

The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay with up to 5 people. There is a spacious living room with a cozy sitting area and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning/heating in both the living room and the bedrooms.

There are two full bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and the second bedroom has three single beds. In addition, there are two new bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and toilet. This makes the apartment also very suitable for a family or a stay with friends.

🏖️ Beach within walking distance

You don't have to take the car for a day at the seaside. Just a few steps away is a lovely sandy beach, easily accessible on foot from the apartment. Here you will also find the cozy beach club Club Tropicana, where you can go for a snack, drink and the real Spanish holiday feeling.

☀️ Discover the Costa del Sol

La Joya is very centrally located on the Autovía del Mediterráneo, so you can easily discover the most beautiful places of the Costa del Sol from the apartment.

Within a few minutes you can be in Fuengirola and Marbella, Benalmádena, Torremolinos and La Carihuela are also easily accessible.

Málaga Airport is about half an hour's drive away. Fancy a special day out? In just over an hour you can drive to Gibraltar, the famous part of England in southern Spain with the famous monkey rock.

Whether you come for the sun and the beach, want to relax by the pool or want to discover the Costa del Sol: Residence La Joya is a wonderful base for a relaxing holiday in southern Spain. 🌊☀️🇪🇸

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation by the renter, this must always be done in writing by e-mail. The following conditions apply:

*  up to the 42nd day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: 25% of the rent;
*  from the 42nd day (incl) to the 28th day (excl) before the day of arrival: 50% of the rent;
*  from the 28th day (incl) to the 7th day (excl) before the day of arrival: 75% of the rent;
*  from the 7th day (incl) until the day of arrival or later: 100% of the rent.
  • In case of cancellation on our part, any money already paid will be refunded.
  • In the months of July and August we charge whole weeks from Saturday to Saturday when booking.
