Discover Andalusia and enjoy the beautiful weather. This lovely apartment is located in the chic Benahavis within walking distance of the golf course "El Paraiso"
It really is a paradise. This downstairs apartment with large terrace is located on a corner, so you have no adjacent terraces and maximum privacy with a very large and well-maintained garden. You can use the large swimming pool located at this resort, but you will not be bothered by the noises that you can expect at a swimming pool, or the benefits, not the burdens.
Beach, supermarket and restaurants can be reached within 10 minutes.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for a family or two couples.
We have just finished preparing the apartment to receive guests and I am sure you will not regret choosing to stay here.

Looking for a holiday home in the coastal region near Marbella and Estepona, we came across this apartment. The location, everything close by and easily accessible, the oasis of peace and the well-kept resort on which it is located immediately gave us a positive feeling.
This is a wonderful place where you always look forward to spending time.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Explanation:

General price conditions
- Prices are based on an occupancy of 1 to 4 people.
- Mandatory final cleaning at the end of the rental period (surcharge € 90)

Payment terms
Upon confirmation, 25% of the rental amount must be transferred to the bank account stated on the confirmation. The reservation is complete after receipt of the deposit. The remainder of the rent must be paid 8 weeks before departure. If payment of the final installment is not made on time, the agreement will lapse automatically and without any right to a refund.

Cancellation
If the renter cancels the trip, the following costs will be charged:
1. Cancellation up to 8 weeks before departure: 25% of the rental price;
2. Cancellation up to 4 weeks before departure: 75% of the rental price;
3. Cancellation until the day of departure: 90% of the rental price;
4. Cancellation on or after day of arrival: full rental amount

Arrival and departure
The house is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If the property is not rented before or after your rental period, the times mentioned can be rescheduled. To see whether we can accommodate you and whether this can be planned for the cleaning, it increases your chance to communicate your expected arrival and departure time in a timely manner.

Breakage and damage
You must report any damage to the home or inventory. This way, the damage can be repaired as quickly as possible. Damage due to normal wear and tear on machines is our responsibility. Other (breakage) damage is borne by tenants. After the rental period, our manager will carry out a complete check and report to us where necessary.
