We rent our apartment in Benalmadena near the Bonanza square, on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of the sea. So that several people can enjoy their holiday just like us. When you enter the apartment you immediately have a holiday feeling. Nice breakfast on the balcony in the sun. Then we all enjoy swimming in our communal swimming pool from June 1 to September 15.

The following facilities are available on the complex. Tennis court, football field, playground and public barbeque place.

The building has a supermarket and (coffee) bar. Around the corner there are plenty of bars, restaurants and a bus stop. Just like a large supermarket for daily shopping everything within walking distance. There is a taxi rank in front of the complex for transport at any time.

The apartment is located approximately 400 meters / 7 minutes walking distance from the beach, 15 minutes walk via the promenade to the Port of Benalmadena, 20 minutes by car from Malaga airport. Free parking nearby.

Danny and I Miriam have 2 teenagers and live in Diemen. We would like to go to the sun every moment and that is why the choice was quickly made for a 2nd house on the Costa de Sol. We always have a holiday feeling in Benalmadena. It is so centrally located and everything is nearby. Nice in the sun on the beach and on the boulevard have a nice lunch. In the evening we go for a walk and go out in the Haven.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
