Welcome to our comfortable and attractive apartment in La Duquesa Suites Golf & Garden, located in the beautiful area of Manilva on the Costa del Sol. A wonderful place for those looking for sun, peace, space and the relaxed Spanish lifestyle.
The apartment is located on the top floor and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and no less than three terraces. Thanks to the various terraces, you can enjoy the sun, a cup of coffee in the morning or relax in the shade at any time of the day.

The apartment is furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The spacious and bright living room is the heart of the apartment and offers a nice place to eat together, read a book or relax in the evening.
The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can easily cook for yourself even during your holiday. Of course, there is also plenty of opportunity to eat outside and enjoy long Spanish summer evenings.
The two bedrooms offer a comfortable and quiet place to sleep. With two bathrooms, the apartment is also ideal for families, couples or two couples who are going on holiday together.

One of the big pluses of the apartment is the three terraces. This means you can always choose sun or shade and there is plenty of space to live outside.

The Mediterranean Sea and the beaches of La Duquesa are a short distance from the apartment. The attractive marina of Puerto de la Duquesa is also nearby. Here you will find cozy restaurants, terraces and of course plenty of opportunities to enjoy the view over the sea.
In the area you will find both wide sandy beaches and smaller, quieter places along the coast. A day at the beach, a walk along the boulevard or a lunch with a view of the sea: it's all possible.
🇪🇸 Discover Andalusia
The location of La Duquesa is ideal for discovering the Costa del Sol and Andalusia. From the apartment you can easily make trips to Estepona, Marbella, Gibraltar and Ronda, among others. The white Andalusian villages, local markets and beautiful nature reserves are also worth a visit.
For golf enthusiasts, there are also several golf courses in the area.
