Apartment with stunning views and Wifi on the Costa del Sol!

Superb equipped apartment with a fantastic view over the golf course and Mediterranean Sea. The apartment has 2 bed- and bathrooms, is equipped with A / C and features a large terrace, which is adjacent to the living- and master bedroom, with a luxurious lounge set. One bathroom is en suite and equipped with a hot tub, the other has a shower. From early in the morning, right out of bed on the terrace, you can enjoy the sunshine until in the afternoon. The master bedroom has a double bed, plenty of storage and a safe, the other bedroom has 2 single beds and plenty of storage. The apartment is in a 24/7 secured complex with 5 large pools all of which are to your disposal. There is also a paddle tennis court and the golf course, which is not part of the complex, directly at the apartment. Besides all the necessary appliances such as a microwave, washing machine, dryer, juicer, a coffee maker and much more, the apartment has WiFi, a TV, DVD with a large DVD collection with movies, also for children, and series. An extra bonus is a Philips audio set with record player, cd, usb and radio. You can park near the door, moreover, the park is, depending on the season, relativly quiet, with landscaped gardens, and is close to the beach and marina of La Duquesa. By car only 3 minutes away. Bigger cities like Estepona be reached by car within 10 minutes, Puerto Banus / Marbella in 25 minutes and Gibraltar in 25 minutes. Several supermarkets are within 5 minutes driving distance. Do you want to make a day trip, cities such as Seville, Granada but also the Sierra Nevada where you can ski in the winter, are approximately 2.5 hours drive. Malaga Airport is an hour's drive. Pets are not allowed.

Since January 2015 we are in possession of this fine, spacious and newly furnished apartment with stunning views over the golf course of La Duquesa and the Mediterranean. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rates mentioned include:

rent per stay based on a maximum of 4 people;
1 set of bed and bath linen per person;
water and electricity consumption;
WIFI available in the apartment

Check in and check out:

on the day of arrival check in from 3 pm;
on the day of departure check out at 11 am at the latest.

Other provisions:

Smoking in the apartment is not allowed;
Pets are not allowed;
A bed for babys can be organized against extra costst;
After reservation, a deposit of 25% must be paid on the rental amount;
In the case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
In case of cancellation up to 120 days before arrival, 25% of the rental sum must be paid;
In case of cancellation up to 90 days before arrival 50% of the rental sum must be paid;
In case of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival, 75% of the rent must be paid;
In case of cancellation afterwards or no show, 100% of the rent must be paid.
When you pay the advance, you agree with the conditions mentioned here;
The outstanding balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival;
Reservation by e-mail, so that we can confirm;
The deposit of € 200.00, for any damage made, is payable no later than 6 weeks before arrival;
This will be refunded within 2 weeks after your holiday if no extra costs have been incurred;
Damage greater than the deposit must be paid extra;
This apartment is registered as a holiday home and meets the legal requirements.
After full payment you will receive a digital overview of all kinds of tips about cities and places that we would recommend you to visit during your holiday.

Beach:
you can find the beaches of la Duquesa on both sides of the harbour, this only a 5 minute drive from the appartment. Other beaches which are worth a visit are the ones in Estepona.
Sport:
The Costa del Sol is also known as the Costa del Golf, this is normal due to the fact that you can choose from several greens within just an hour driving.
Be aware of the numerous offers, you ca play according to the pay and play system.
Culture:
on the Costa del Sol, but also just a couple of minutes from the coast there are a lot of possibilities to get some culture during your holiday.
If you visit Castillo de la Duquesa, the white village of Ronda or Gibraltar it is all worth while.
And do you have some time left and want to visit a city then Sevilla, Granada or, closer by, Malaga are worth a visit.
Shopping:
For those who get unrestless and want to spend more money, you can also visit the big mall in Marbella called La Canada. Here you can find almost everyting.
