Casa Calanova

Welcome to our spacious and stylish 3-bedroom apartment called "Casa Calanova." Located in the beautiful area of the Costa del Sol in the charming town of "La Cala de Mijas."

We are proud to present our beautiful apartment. The spacious apartment, about 75 m² excluding a large terrace of about 15 m², is located in a complex called "Calanova Grand Golf."
The apartment is located on the first floor and is adjacent to a very popular golf course called Calanova Golf.

Classification:

Upon entering, you will find a piece of furniture and a mirror in the hall. We would love it if you could leave a personal message in the guestbook. On your left is the fully equipped kitchen, which is ready for use. Various built-in appliances are part of the standard equipment, but you can also make a delicious cup of coffee, toast a sandwich or make a cup of tea. Once you've prepared your delicious breakfast or dinner, you can sit at the dining table in the living room.

Do you have more people? No problem. You can easily expand the table to provide a pleasant dining experience for everyone. The living room has a luxurious sofa bed with an ergonomic mattress of 18 cm thick. We have spared no expense for the beds and the interior, as we consider a good night's sleep crucial for ourselves and our guests. The sofa bed is just as comfortable as a regular bed, if not even more comfortable.

From the living room you have access to the lovely sunny south-facing terrace. Enjoy the sun all day long. You practically don't need anything else. You have everything in the apartment: a cold drink in the fridge, a lounge set on the terrace, and the kids playing in the pool. The best part? From the terrace you have a direct view of the pool, a reassuring thought!

After a great day of sunbathing, enjoying drinks and games (which are also available in the apartment), it's time to sleep.
There are two spacious bedrooms at your disposal, one with a 160 cm bed and the other with two twin beds. A tip: if you prefer to sleep close together, just slide the beds together – problem solved! The apartment has shutters at both the front and rear for those who would like to sleep in a little longer during the holiday. It is pitch dark when the shutters are closed.

Speaking of the sun, it can get quite hot on the Costa del Sol, but the apartment is equipped with air conditioning that can be adjusted to your liking. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the second bathroom is accessed separately from the hall. Free WIFI.  We have IPTV, so no matter where you come from, your favorite TV channel is available. Surroundings: Our apartment is located in the Calanova Grand Golf complex, about 3 km inland from the village of La Cala de Mijas. When we bought the apartment, we were impressed by the beautiful tropical gardens. Palm trees, cacti, tropical birds, two communal swimming pools, a playground and two padel courts. The park had everything we had in mind on a weekly basis.

The complex also has an internal parking garage, so you can park two cars while renting the apartment – a reassuring thought if your (rented) car doesn't have to be parked on the street. Within 15 minutes by car you are in the popular Marbella, perfect for visiting a beach club or shopping. Beach: By car you can reach the beach of La Cala de Mijas within 8 minutes. It has a beautiful beach with several dining options.

The beach is well maintained and the municipality does everything it can to make tourists feel at home. Ideal for families. Several beach clubs and restaurants are within walking distance, some are even open in winter. If desired, you can rent a sunbed and/or umbrella on the beach.

La Cala de Mijas:

La Cala de Mijas is part of the municipality of Mijas in the province of Malaga, Andalusia, southern Spain. Located in the middle of the Costa del Sol, La Cala is located in the coastal zone of the municipality and is almost completely urbanized within a radius of 12 kilometers, with the exception of a few rocks. It is located between the borders of Fuengirola to the east and Marbella to the west. Golf: An 18-hole (par 72 / 5,866 meters) golf course is located in the beautiful golf valley behind La Cala de Mijas on the Costa del Sol. Just 5 minutes from the sea, the course is easily accessible from the N-340, and a golf buggy is always included. Play a round of golf with your friends on the challenging and well-maintained course.
