My name is Ineke Ballering – van der Kleij and I am, together with my husband Patrick, the lucky owner of Imagine Spain.
Creating beautiful, comfortable holiday homes is my biggest hobby.

*The average electricity consumption for 4 people during the summer months is around €5 per day.

This calculation is based on days when all air conditioners are on all night and electrical appliances are used at normal frequencies. Our guests can therefore use electricity for free with a maximum of €50 per week. The electricity meter is checked and deducted from the deposit if excessive use of electricity is made. In the low season, the total electricity consumption will be charged to you.

We kindly request that you turn off the AC when leaving the house. Keep all windows and doors closed when the AC is on for optimal performance.
