La Perla de la Bahia is located on a beautiful stretch of coast, right on the beach in Casares, between Estepona and Sotogrande.

* The apartment , on the first floor, has a beautiful view of the gardens, the swimming pool, the Mediterranean Sea, an old Moorish watchtower and the North African coast. The apartment has been completely renovated and features a fully equipped, beautiful open kitchen, completely new bathrooms, marble floors, spacious bedrooms with luxurious beds and a lovely terrace!

The small complex has a quiet appearance with 24 hour security & electronic gates. There is private access to the beach. Located in the center of the Costa del Golf, there are 20 golf courses within 30 minutes of the apartment. The marina of Puerto de la Duquesa is a 4-minute drive away, Estepona 7 minutes and the nightlife of trendy Puerto Banus is 25 minutes away.

Explanation of prices

*The average electricity consumption for 4 people during the summer months is around €. 5,- per day.
This calculation is based on days when all air conditioners are on all night and electrical appliances are used at normal frequencies. Our guests can therefore use electricity for free with a maximum of €. 50,- per week. The electricity meter is checked and deducted from the deposit if excessive use of electricity is made.
We kindly request that you turn off the AC when leaving the house. Keep all windows and doors closed when the AC is on for optimal performance. In the low season, the total electricity consumption will be charged to you.

Things to do nearby: You are surrounded by things to do at La Perla. Stroll along the beach to Sabinillas - a typical Spanish coastal village. Stop off at the beach bar along the way. Stroll further to Duquesa Marina, to enjoy port-side browsing, or an evening meal in any of a large selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. There is enjoyable but restrained night-life here. Manilva village, with its old Roman ruins is a classic example of Andalusian antiquity, and the most unique of all of the 'pueblos blancos' - Casares - is a mere 15 minutes inland. There are pleasant trips to Gibraltar (30 minutes) Granada or Seville (2.5 hours), and a ferry to Morroco is an absolute must.

Shopping and Browsing: Everyday essentials are available at a convenience store immediately nearby, and all the usual supermarket, ATM and pharmacy facilities are in the nearby village (3 minutes drive). Excellent shopping in Estepona (15 minutes drive), and high fashion boutiques abound in Puerto Banus and Marbella (25/30 minutes), Open-air markets are extremely popular, most mornings. The best of them are: Puerto Banus (Saturday); Sabinillas (Sunday morning); Sotogrande (Sunday afternoon); Estepona ( Sunday & Wednesday).
