In 2 bedrooms, the single beds can be placed separately from each other, in the master bedroom the bed is a fixed twin bed. The comfortable beds feature silky soft bedding.
The apartment has 2 luxurious complete bathrooms (1 en suite) and beautiful luxury towels for every guest. The beautiful open kitchen has a spacious fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a TV. The cozy living room has a dining area, 2 comfortable sofas, an armchair and a 50 inch flat screen TV with Dutch channels and WI-FI. The house is equipped with a luxurious air conditioning and heating system which are individually adjustable in both the living room and all bedrooms. It also has a Miele washing machine and dryer and an advanced alarm system.
The sunny, south-facing 26 m² terrace gives a beautiful view of the marina and the sea and is equipped with a luxurious garden set with 6 chairs including cushions, 2 sunbeds and stylishly tiled benches around the entire terrace. The attractive complex in which the apartment is located has an elevator and is located in a beautiful quiet urbanization with 2 swimming pools with sunbeds. There is also ample parking space around the complex and the whole is within walking distance of the cozy marina, the beach and the old center. We also offer covered parking for €.5 per day.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
* Only in low season ; 04 weeks rent 10% discount, 08 weeks rent 15% discount, 12 weeks rent 20% on the rent
*The average electricity consumption for 6 people during the summer is around €. 50 per week. In this calculation, all air conditioners operate throughout the night and all electrical appliances are operated at normal frequencies. Our guests can therefore consume FREE electricity with a maximum of €. 60 per week. This is guaranteed to be more than enough to make you feel very comfortable. In case of increased consumption of electricity, this will be charged and deducted from the deposit.
*Underground parking is available for an extra charge of €. 5, = per day with a refundable deposit of €. 50, = for the remote control. The deposit for 1 x entrance ticket for the swimming pool is also €50,=
* Our guests receive a bottle of water, coffee cups & tea bags on arrival. Soap and toilet paper are provided for the first emergency.
*Cancellation policy;
If the tenant cancels the agreement during the period up to 90 days before the start date of the rental period or if the arrival and/or departure date is adjusted by the tenant so that the duration of the rental period is shortened, he will owe 15% of the rent; in case of cancellation/modification of dates up to 60 days 30%; in case of cancellation/modification of dates up to 30 days 60%.
If the tenant informs the landlord 30 days or less from the agreed arrival date, or during the rental period, that he no longer wishes to use the rented property or that he wants to shorten the rental period, the total rent remains due
