*The average electricity consumption (before the crisis) for 6 people during the summer is around €.40 per week. In this calculation, all air conditioners operate throughout the night and all electrical appliances are operated at normal frequencies. Our guests can therefore consume FREE electricity with a maximum of €. 50 per week. This is guaranteed to be more than enough to make you feel very comfortable. In case of increased consumption of electricity, this will be charged and deducted from the deposit. Darya is a new residence with energy-efficient installations. However, we ask you to be careful with the use of electrical appliances.

*Underground parking is available for an extra charge of €. 10, = per day with a refundable deposit of €. 50, = for the remote control.

* Our guests receive a bottle of water, coffee cups & tea bags on arrival. Soap and toilet paper are provided for the first emergency.

*Cancellation policy;

If the tenant cancels the agreement during the period up to 90 days before the start date of the rental period or if the arrival and/or departure date is adjusted by the tenant so that the duration of the rental period is shortened, he will owe 15% of the rent; in case of cancellation/modification of dates up to 60 days 25%; in case of cancellation/modification of dates up to 30 days 50%. 

If the tenant informs the landlord 30 days or less from the agreed arrival date, or during the rental period, that he no longer wishes to use the rented property or that he wants to shorten the rental period, the total rent remains due
