The apartment breathes southern Spain, with the beautiful bougainvillea along the terrace and the façade
The house has a large communal swimming pool, where a lifeguard is present
The garden around the house and the resort are well maintained.
Because the house is located on a corner, you have a lot of privacy and a large garden at your disposal
You can enjoy the sun everywhere through the large garden
The swimming pool is about 150 meters away when you walk from the terrace to the left, so you have the benefits and not the burdens of the swimming pool.
In accordance with regulations, the swimming pool is equipped with security so that it is safe for small children.
The master bedroom has a bed of 200x180 cm, but can also be made up as two single beds of 200 x 90 cm
The second bedroom has 2 single beds (200x90cm) but can also be made up as a double bed (200x90cm) if desired.
The living room has a sofa bed and is also equipped with air conditioning.
