“La Flor Silvestre” is an hour's drive from Malaga airport and 15 minutes from Estepona. The attention to warm colors and cheerful furnishings makes it a place where people quickly feel at home.

The (newly built) apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, allowing 4 people to stay comfortably. A well-equipped kitchen, a relaxing living room with separate air conditioning/heating in each room. At the front there is a spacious terrace with lounge sofa and dining area for relaxing mornings and evenings, as well as a large roof terrace with lounge area, sun beds and an outdoor shower.

Due to its location on one of the hills, there is a beautiful view over the bay of Estepona, the mountain top of Sierra Berenja and the beaches of Casares/Manilva. From the roof terrace you look out over Gibraltar, you can see Morocco and a beautiful sunrise from the sea and sunset in the mountains every day. The beautiful sandy beach of Casares Costa is only a 5-minute drive away and there are many famous golf clubs in the area such as Finca Cortisin.

There is a closed car park in the complex. There is also a swimming pool that tenants can use. The swimming pool is currently "under construction" and is normally only open from May to September from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%.

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Additional information

You can see Casares from the terrace and it is about a 20-minute drive. Casares is a picturesque whitewashed village that stretches majestically over a ridge with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. With narrow cobbled streets and charming white houses, it exudes authentic Spanish charm. Lovely to walk around and finish with a lunch or dinner at Sarmiento, one of my favorite restaurants in the area,
The Baños Romanos de la Hedionda, a 15-minute drive from the apartment, are thermal baths dating back to Roman times. You can still enjoy a relaxing bath in these natural hot springs. You can also take beautiful walks here such as the "Canuto De La Utrera". Always a nice place for me to be in nature and relax.
Dona Julia Golf is just a 5-minute drive from the apartment and is a beautiful golf course offering a challenging golf experience, but also breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains. The 18-hole golf course is designed to appeal to players of all levels, with wide fairways and strategically placed bunkers and water features ensuring a challenging, yet enjoyable round of golf.

Besides Dona Julia, there are other golf courses in the area that attract golfers from all over the world. Some standout options include Finca Cortesin, an exclusive golf course regularly cited as one of the best in Europe, and Casares Costa Golf, a beautiful 9-hole course with a relaxing atmosphere and stunning sea views.
The first time I came to Estepona I was surprised by all the colors and vibrancy and I knew I would come here often.

Estepona has a beautiful old town, where narrow streets are lined with flower pots and traditional whitewashed houses. The historic center offers an abundance of tapas bars, restaurants and shops, and it is wonderful to wander the streets and enjoy the authentic Spanish atmosphere.

My favorites are; Cafe Theresa for a coffee, Bar Simon as an authentic fish restaurant, Tasca La Botica for Tapas, Buena Vida beach for sunset, La Bulla for a good dinner, Bar 97 and Tolone for drinks.

There is always something fun to do at any time!
The nearest beaches are Playa Ancha and Casares Beach, known for a cozy and quiet atmosphere. It is a vast sandy beach with crystal clear water, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. At Casres Beach there is Chiringuito La Sal where you can have a good lunch or a drink. My recommendation are the fish croquettes and the prawns pil pil.
