Are you looking for a modern, spacious apartment with beautiful views on the Costa del Sol,
Then take a look at our apartment in Estepona with views of the Mediterranean Sea and Gibraltar and Morocco in the distance . This new apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large balcony of 70 m2. You can park your car in your own parking space in the parking basement under the apartment and you can quickly reach the front door on the 1st floor by elevator or stairs. The golf courses are just around the corner and the beautiful town of Estepona is a 5-minute drive away. Supermarkets (Aldi and Mercadona) and other shops are within walking distance. Do you want to walk to the beach... You can walk to the nearest beach in 10 minutes.
The apartment is suitable for max. 4 adults or a family of 6 people.
More people are not allowed. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with a king-size double bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds.

N.B.: there are still construction activities in this area. Keep in mind that they may cause some noise nuisance.

Since April 2022, this is our new place in Estepona, which we have carefully selected and furnished. We were looking for a place in Andalusia by the sea, with a sea view and close to a nice town. And Estepona is fun! Admittedly a bit further from the airport, but therefore also a bit more rural and authentic. Stina and I come about 3 times a year and of course our children also use it. But there is still enough time for renting out to tenants who also handle our belongings with care.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

From three weeks, except June, July, August and September, 10% discount, four weeks 15% discount.
It is not possible to rent our apartment for more than 4 weeks.

Cancellation policy: if the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date for whatever reason, he must notify the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Location & area recommendations

The Costa del Sol is also known as the Costa del Golf… 70 golf courses in total and there are already 3 within 10 minutes of our apartment: Estepona Golf, Azata and Romano. You fly to Malaga….a beautiful city by the sea and well worth a visit. But Fuengirola, Marbella, Puerto Banus (the chic marina of Marbella), Mijas Pueblo and Casares (the white villages) are also nice to visit. In Estepona there is a market every Sunday in the harbor and on Wednesdays in the Mesas district. But also consider a day trip to Gibraltar. Or drive to Granada and drink a cup of coffee in Nerja on the Balcon d'Europa. Visit the El Hambra in Granada and stay there for one or two nights. You can also do this for Seville with a stopover in Ronda. These are just a few examples. Grab a travel guide of this area and there is much more to see. Oh yeah…. The Camino del Rey is also very famous….an ancient hiking trail that is on the bucket list for many hikers. Just Google it.
