This new apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large balcony of 70 m2. You can park your car in your own parking space in the parking basement under the apartment and you can quickly reach the front door on the 1st floor with the elevator or stairs. The golf courses are just around the corner and the beautiful town of Estepona is 5 minutes away by car. Supermarkets (Aldi and Mercadona) and other shops are within walking distance. Do you want to walk to the beach ... you can walk to the nearest beach in 10 minutes.
The apartment is suitable for max. 4 adults or a family of 6 people.
More people are not allowed. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with a king-size double bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds.

Since April 2022, this is our new place in Estepona, which we have carefully selected and furnished. We were looking for a place in Andalusia by the sea, with a sea view and close to a nice town. And Estepona is fun! Admittedly a bit further from the airport, but therefore also a bit more rural and authentic. Stina and I come about 3 times a year and of course our children also use it. But there is still enough time for renting out to tenants who also handle our belongings with care.

It is not possible to rent our apartment for more than 4 weeks.

The Costa del Sol is also known as the Costa del Golf… 70 golf courses in total and there are already 3 within 10 minutes of our apartment: Estepona Golf, Azata and Romano. You fly to Malaga….a beautiful city by the sea and well worth a visit. But Fuengirola, Marbella, Puerto Banus (the chic marina of Marbella), Mijas Pueblo and Casares (the white villages) are also nice to visit. In Estepona there is a market every Sunday in the harbor and on Wednesdays in the Mesas district. But also consider a day trip to Gibraltar. Or drive to Granada and drink a cup of coffee in Nerja on the Balcon d'Europa. Visit the El Hambra in Granada and stay there for one or two nights. You can also do this for Seville with a stopover in Ronda. These are just a few examples. Grab a travel guide of this area and there is much more to see. Oh yeah…. The Camino del Rey is also very famous….an ancient hiking trail that is on the bucket list for many hikers. Just Google it.
