This is a newly built neighborhood (Las Mesas) situated just above the port of Estepona. The old town can be reached on foot. There are sufficient connections for public transport. For example, it is not necessary to rent a car if you fly to Malaga airport, for example. 

The space
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a spacious and bright bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds (box spring) that can easily be clicked together and a separate bathroom. A cozy living-dining room with TV, a fully equipped open kitchen and a laundry room with washing machine and clothesline (dryer not included). The charming garden terrace invites you to relax outdoors, while the garage in the building offers secure and convenient private parking.

The property is located in the sought-after Las Tables area, within a community that offers a wide variety of amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, a children's pool, an indoor heated pool, beautiful communal gardens, and a fully equipped gym.

Before arrival, you must send the ID or passport of all people over the age of 16 who will be staying at the property

The apartment is located within walking distance of the port of Estepona (10 minutes). There are numerous restaurants and cafes at the harbor. The historic center can also be done on foot from the apartment (20 minutes walk). The apartment is quietly located but not far from all the fun that the city has to offer.

For the months of November to  December 21 and from January to March we use special monthly rates! Please contact us for this.

We are Carla and Ben have 2 sons. Since we are both independent, we decided to buy this apartment in 2021 as an investment for our pension. In the future we want to spend more time here and until then we want to rent it out to let others get acquainted with this beautiful area

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable, unwilling or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord.
A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the lessor.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks up to the start date of the rental period 50%.

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
