This modern apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen that is fully equipped.

There are 2 terraces: through the terrace adjacent to the living room you can go to the spacious roof terrace with pergola, sun beds, lounge set and barbecue. Both terraces have a beautiful view of the sea, the mountains, the town and the swimming pool.

In addition to a good internet connection and television, this apartment also offers air conditioning in all areas and a large seasonal communal swimming pool with children's pool (2024: open from June to the end of September). You can park your car for free in the street.

The distance to the center and the beach is 1500 meters. The city bus stop and a mini market can be found 200 metres away.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The above prices include:

-water
- electricity (except winter period)
- Wi-Fi
-Bed linen
- bath linen
- kitchen linen
- Communal seasonal swimming pool (2025: June to Sept)
- use of covered parking
- television with international channels

Air conditioning: 105kW per week free, the costs for additional consumption are €0.45 per kW. A valid credit card must be presented upon arrival.

From November 1st to April 1st of each year, electricity is NOT included in the price. A valid credit card must be presented on arrival for the electricity bill(s).

It is mandatory to report all guests when booking, including babies and children up to 2 years old as guests.
