What exactly do you rent from us?

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms.
All bedrooms have a double bed.
1 bathroom with bath/shower and toilet and 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.
Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances; induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
Dutch television, Wifi, netflix etc.
The house also has a gigantic terrace with a large oval table for 6 people, 2 sunbeds and 2 lounge sofas (foldable) that can also be used as a lounger.
From the terrace you have a view of the sea on the left and the well-maintained garden and the beautiful large swimming pool, which is open all year round.

The house is 2 minutes by car from the beach. Supermarket is within walking distance. Only 21 minutes from Malaga airport. Next to the beautiful golf course of Torrequebrada. And only 15 minutes away from Fuengirola and Torremolinos. So you can go in all directions, but we do recommend renting a car. This is due to the height differences.

Included in the price are the use of bed linen, towels (large and small), tea towels, WiFi, Dutch TV, washing machine. There is a baby bed and high chair available. The cleaning costs are not included in the price, this amounts to € 150 per stay. We also ask for a deposit of €250.
