Need to do nothing for a while, looking for ultimate peace and yet the freedom to escape the hustle and bustle?

We rent our beautiful townhouse / holiday home for max. 6 people in the La Heredia de Monte Mayor urbanization in Benahavis, near Marbella.

Enjoy peace and quiet with a view of both the mountains and the sea

A car is necessary, but in 10 minutes you will be where you want to be first: Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, chiringuitos or the Spanish beach with its extensive promenade.

The House:
Large luxury house, equipped with every comfort, with several terraces and a private swimming pool.

Bedrooms (3) with private bathroom and private terrace:
Large bedroom with double bed and linen cupboards. With an adjacent bathroom with bath, spa / walk-in shower, toilet, 2 sinks
The ^2nd bedroom has a double bed and linen cupboards. With an adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet, ..
The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, fitted with linen cupboards and, en suite / adjacent, the bathroom with shower, sink, toilet

Large living room with lounge seating area, fireplace, flat screen with Chromecast
Spacious equipped (new) kitchen: including espresso machine, kettle, microwave, hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, crockery, ...

From the living room and kitchen you can walk straight to the sunny terrace with dining table and lounge seating area

Our house has its own private swimming pool that is maintained weekly, you do not have to do anything about it.

Heating (floor) and air conditioning available
There is also underfloor heating in the bathrooms

Arrival and departure days can be freely chosen.

Reservation & payment:
50% deposit upon reservation, 50% upon delivery of keys.
Deposit: €500 to be paid upon delivery of keys
Final cleaning costs (mandatory): €125

Pets are only allowed after consultation
Non-smoking house
Parties and celebrations are not allowed
