Large corner house with garden in a highly rated urbanization on the Golden Mile of Nueva Andalucia - Costa del Sol. The house is beautiful, modern and family-friendly, with many options for a wonderful holiday.
From Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven and Brussels you can fly to Malaga in 2.5 hours! The drive from Malaga airport to Condes de Iza takes 45 minutes.

There are several beautiful golf courses within a 15-minute drive of the house. The house is a peaceful oasis in the middle of a bustling, lively environment. This makes it an ideal place to stay. Within walking distance of the beach and trendy beach clubs. By car it is only 5 minutes to the prestigious port of Puerto Banus and 11 minutes to the historic center of Marbella, known for its orange tree square and small shops and streets. Bora Bora, a beach club in San Pedro where many Dutch people come, is also only a 5-minute drive from home.

The urbanization is beautiful and designed by Melvin Villarroel (one of Spain's top architects). The park is very well maintained, green and safe. Access is only possible with codes. There are 2 large swimming pools with sun beds. 1 of the 2 swimming pools is literally 25 steps from our house!

The House;
A large living room with designer furniture and a large dining table. Dim lighting gives the house a cozy modern look when it gets dark. In total the house has 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, 2 rooms with 2 single beds. There are 3 full bathrooms with bath/shower and toilet and 1 more bathroom with toilet and sink.

The house has a lovely roof terrace with sea views. There are lounge chairs and sun beds. There is also an outdoor shower.

You can enter the garden from both the living room and the modern kitchen. A lovely garden running the full length of the house, with palm trees, privacy and unobstructed views over the fields. On the terrace there is a robust dining table and a lounge seating area. With morning shade and afternoon sun (filtered through greenery), these are wonderful places to sit.

The house has all facilities such as air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV with more than 100 channels, stereo/CD player with iPod/iPhone connection, a safe, an alarm system, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and a Nespresso and filter coffee machine. Washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are also available.

Rob and I bought Casa Condes de Iza in early 2014 and completely adapted it to our own (bright and modern) style. We are very charmed by Andalusia. The climate is wonderful and it is a versatile part of Spain.
Our holiday home offers luxury, atmosphere and privacy, has modern and beautiful materials, fresh colors and wonderful beds, beautiful beaches in the area and is centrally located.
Our tourist license number is VFT/MA/04363. Our house is registered with La Junta de Andalucia.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Additional costs per stay; one-off EUR 209 for final cleaning, including the costs for use/cleaning of all bed and linen. The beds are made upon arrival.
Bath towels are provided, as well as kitchen linen.

For stays longer than 10 days, we impose a mandatory interim cleaning at the tenant's expense for hygienic reasons. During this cleaning round, all beds can be changed and the bathrooms and kitchen will be serviced. Cleaning rate is 15 euros per hour, excluding compensation for the costs of changing bed linen (8 euros per person and mandatory for stays longer than 10 days)

The rental price is based on average use of the house by 6 people. When staying with 7 or 8 people, we ask for a surcharge of 10 euros per person per night for pp 7 and/or 8.

We had a wonderful relaxing sunny holiday. The house is lovely, and the beds very comfortable. The living area inside and outside is spacious. The pictures are very accurate. We ate breakfast every day at the beach (pleasant 25 minute walk). There are two shared swimming pools which we also used occasionally. This is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday and a good place for day trips, restaurants, etc. We did not have a rental car, but walked to the beach daily. at the top of the hill. We would definitely recommend this property. Rob and Mireille were very helpful and we had no problems at all. What aoibheann you could think about the experience: no improvement recommended! June 2015 Frank Goovaerts: The house of Rob and Mireille is perfectly in order and fully equipped. During the day we were usually gone, but we had a wonderful stay and had breakfast in the beautifully decorated garden. Really recommended. What Martin loved about your listing: Brilliant location in the private compound itself. April 2015 Charles Spungin: This is a great villa in a lovely complex. The villa is clean and ideally furnished and spacious. The complex is a 5 minute drive from the amenities and the port, and we have very nice pools which are rarely busy. The kitchen is well equipped and wifi is included throughout the house. We did not use the roof terrace but this seems like a great sun trap if you want to stay at the house. This was a perfect spot for our holiday and we have everything we wanted. There are no negatives to report. It was a great find and we hope to return again next year. Marbella has a very nice old village center. The orange trees square is very famous. The Spanish village of Casares is definitely worth a visit. A mountain village with Arabic roots and an old history (photo). Ronda is also beautiful, the road there is full of curves, but the destination makes it worthwhile. Mijas Pueblo is an authentic Spanish white village, also called the donkey village. Children can ride on a donkey (photo). Farther away are Malaga (an hour's drive and famous for the cathedral) and the other side at Gibraltar. If you drive after Gibraltar you will arrive in Tarifa, a real surfers paradise. En route beautiful views of the coast of Morocco. You can also make the crossing by ferry to Tangier in Morocco (photo). At Tarifa is also the beautiful beach Paloma Blanca (photo).

There are water playgrounds off the coast of Puerto Banus and Estepona. Furthermore, various zoos and on Funny Beach (only 15 minutes from home) you can choose from many water sports and a go-kart track (photo). Within a radius of half an hour you will find a cool climbing park for older children (on photo). In the old charming center of Mijas children can ride a donkey. The Happiness Laboratory is also on the square. There they sell beautiful and delicious homemade ice cream creations and there is also the Chocolate Factory. Children can make their own chocolate there. On the main road near Mijas Costa is a large water park. In the center of Marbella there is a wonderful churros tent; a sweet breakfast or snack with the coffee! Especially the shape of the churros here is original, a long coiled snake. Delicious with sugar or chocolate (photo). With its back to the sea, this spot with a terrace is situated right in front of the park with the fountain, walking up 50 meters on a square.

entertainment and activities for children and adults

The Golden Mile has many beautiful beach clubs. Mistral and Bora Bora are very popular nearby, both 5 minutes drive away. La Sala and The Ocean Club (known for the champagne parties) are the more exclusive expensive clubs. At least characteristic of the decadent Marbella and so nice to see. Trocadero Beach is also a wonderful place, relaxed and atmospheric. Laguna Village is a 15-minute drive away. A beautiful beach location with Camuri restaurant (appreciated for the (affordable) sushi dishes and the luxurious surroundings, and the white PURO beach next door.A half an hour drive away are also Niki Beach and the beautiful La Cabane.

In Marbella center you can enjoy shopping in the small streets with boutiques. In Puerto Banus is a very large Corte Ingles. At a 13 minute drive from the house is La Canada, a large indoor shopping center with famous and lesser known shops such as the Zara, the Mango, Massimo Dutti etc and a Habitat, many shoe and eyewear shops, eateries etc. Open until 22:00 'in the evening.
