Authentic Spanish villa with beautiful sea views and large private swimming pool, heated on request. No car needed! Located just 150m from the bakery, playground, bus stop and train station.

Restaurants, bars, supermarket and the beach just 300-350m.

Accommodation: Free WiFi, table tennis, badminton, pétanque, BBQ, TV (50 inch), DVD, spacious kitchen. Parking space at the house for several cars.

Train/metro stops 150m from Villa del Sol (Torremuelle): only 22 minutes from the airport, 34 minutes to Malaga center, 12 minutes to Fuengirola center!

Bus stop 150m away: bus connections to the entire Costa del Sol.

100% refund of deposit/advance, deposit and rental amount if the Spanish government does not allow travel to Benalmàdena-Costa (eg due to covid measures or others).

25% Deposit/advance payment, to be paid at the time of booking.

Deposit: €500, to be paid together with the balance, 6 weeks before your stay.

Bed and bath linen: € 25/person.
Final cleaning: € 200.
Pool heating, only on request: €250/week.
Smoking and pets not allowed.

All along the Costa del Sol you will find chiringitos (beach restaurants) with delicious fresh fish and shellfish dishes. My favourite, after a bike ride beyond Malaga is restaurante Antonio: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Restaurante+Antonio/@36.7174879,-4.3533696,17z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0x30c9607622847f1e! 8m2!3d36.7174722!4d-4.3511667. Once past Malaga center, the houses become very small and colorful. Beautiful beach with a wide range of beach restaurants and bars with 'El Tintero' at the very end where waiters present their dishes while 'singing' on a very large terrace.
