In the front garden there is a cozy sitting area to sit in the sun in the early morning.
The house is located on a beautiful wide and dead end canal. You can sail to the sea with your boat, but because the house is located on a dead-end canal, it is nice and quiet in the garden even in high summer.
The front garden is spacious and is a wonderful place to have a windless place during Tramontana. Although there is enough space to park on the street, you can also park 2 cars inside the gate.

A generously equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, sufficient kitchen utensils, oven-microwave, toaster and a Nespresso machine
Even with the curtains closed a wonderfully light house. The curtains are not really necessary for privacy, but give an extra cozy feeling, especially in the evening.
