At 4 km from the beach of Estartit, on the edge of a quiet residential urbanization with the nature reserve right below the backyard. Large living room with fireplace and French windows to large covered terrace with BBQ. LCD TV with satellite receiver. Spacious open kitchen fully equipped to modern comfort: with American fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. 2 double bedrooms and 2 additional folding beds. Bathroom with bath and separate shower. The pool and garden are illuminated until late at night, so that our guests can enjoy our little paradise for as long as possible, day after day. Safe parking in the closed garden. Maresme A is the ground floor apartment of our Spanish Villa, divided into 3 lovely apartments with all privacy and in a quiet and green environment. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

CONDITIONS FOR RENTING A HOLIDAY HOME

-The house is available from 16.00 on the day of arrival, and please vacate it before 10.00 on the departure date.

- The house may not be rented by more than the permitted number of people

- 2€ tourist tax p.p from + 16 years p.night for max 7 nights, I have to pay in cash on the day of arrival.

- Sheets and bath towels are in stock and are not charged separately

- Final cleaning is included if the house is left 'wipe-clean ', i.e.: kitchen appliances, countertop and kitchen utensils clean, bathroom sanitary clean, sheets removed, barbecue empty and clean and garbage outside in container. Then swept the house clean.

-80 € if you want to use the full-service cleaning. This can be decided and settled on the day of arrival. - The deposit will be refunded in the week after your holiday after the condition of the house and the equipment present have been determined.

Cancellation: The following payment terms apply, depending on the email date of cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
