8-person villa with jetty

A beautiful villa with its own swimming pool that can be heated in the early and late season and on a wide canal with room for your boat. For us, a rental house means a well-maintained house where you should feel welcome and at home, with a fully equipped kitchen with sufficient and similar crockery, a warm, cozy interior, good beds and of course clean upon arrival. A warm welcome and a point of contact by the professional office on site with personal attention for our tenants.

The 500m2 site is completely walled and closed from the street with a gate. There is ample parking in front of the wall and 2 cars can be parked inside the gate. On the terrace on the street side there is a garden table with 6 chairs to enjoy the sun in the morning hours in the spring and autumn. In the garage there is a washing machine, dryer and an extra refrigerator.

On the ground floor there is a toilet and a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a bedside table, a lamp, a wardrobe and a sink.
To the right of the entrance is the open kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, freezer and ceramic hobs. The cozy living/dining room has a table with 8 chairs, a sofa, two armchairs, an ottoman, a coffee table, WiFi, a TV and large windows overlooking the garden on the waterfront.
There is a storage room with vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor. One bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a 180 wide bed with two bedside tables, two lamps, a TV, a dresser and a wardrobe. The accompanying bathroom consists of a bath/shower combination, sink, bidet and toilet.
There are 2 more bedrooms on the street side of the house. Both bedrooms have 180 wide beds, bedside tables, lamps and wardrobes. One of the 2 bedrooms has a small balcony (1x2m).
Furthermore, on the upper floor you will find a toilet and a second bathroom with a shower, toilet and a sink.

From the living room you have access to the cozy spacious terrace. The outdoor furniture consists of 4 sunbeds, two parasols, a table with 8 chairs and a large lounge set for a nice drink with family and friends. The slightly raised swimming pool is 8x4 and there is an outdoor shower. The entire villa has air conditioning and WIFI and the mooring space that you can use is 12.5 meters.
Bed linen is included in the price and pets are possible upon consultation. Youth groups are not accepted due to bad experiences.
