The house has two bedrooms and a bathroom and kitchen. It has a terrace at the front and a balcony at the back and a small gardens. The pool is located at the rear of the house and is only for guests of SolRic The beach and sea are approx 3 km from the home by car. The supermarket and restaurant in the neighborhood. In the ambient the Medes islands paradise for divers. There are also many golf courses nearby 15 minutes from the house Playa de Pals 18 holes, 18 holes Serra de Pals, Empordà 36 holes and the small round Pitch & Putt 18 holes. This is right on the edge of Torroella the Mongri.
