Empuriabrava at the Beach

Lovely apartment with unobstructed sea views over the entire Bay of Roses and 3 terraces, including 1 fantastic spacious living terrace on the beach.

There is something to see all day long on the boulevard, on the terraces below, on the beach or at sea. There is also fun on the beach every weekend. Sometimes a beach football tournament, sometimes a party or concert. In the evening there are also stalls on the boulevard where you can stroll and shop! And all this within a 200 meter walk.

You have the beach at your disposal all day long, and there is a private semi-private swimming pool at the back for which tickets are available!

In the morning, the day starts with breakfast as the sun rises over the Pyrenees and people walking onto the beach, or strolling or jogging along the promenade! The spacious terrace is a wonderful place all day long. There is also a refreshing sea breeze blowing every day, keeping you naturally cool in the apartment! We don't have air conditioning!

The apartment is located on the second floor and consists of a living room, new modern kitchen with a comfortable high worktop, fresh and practical bathroom, two spacious bedrooms, front and rear terrace, and a practical "work terrace" where you can put your wet towels and swimming gear. can hang out in the daily sea breeze. Access is via the stairwell at the entire rear of the building.

It is easy to drive (1400 km from Utrecht) and easy to reach by plane via Girona or Barcelona. We always drive at night with two children: The excitement of going on holiday to Paris, and then another few hours when they wake up with a fresh croissant in their hand! Actually no pain at all, and a lot more relaxing than 4 hours at Schiphol ;-)

This is the first year that I rent through Micazu. Always to friends and acquaintances and through word of mouth, so that's why I have few reviews... ;-)
