Our holiday home is located in sunny Empuriabrava, in a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of the center (600 meters) and the beautiful sandy beach (800 meters). The detached holiday home is located on a spacious and sunny plot (750m2) with swimming pool and is suitable for up to 6 people. The cozy house was completely renovated and modernized in 2022. Free WIFI of course available. Through the large lockable gate you have ample parking space for two cars. An oasis of peace with a lovely garden with a centuries-old olive tree. Fully enjoy. We have been coming to Empuriabrava for decades and now we have bought our own holiday home and we rent it to friends and acquaintances.

Empuriabrava (Ampuriabrava) is a unique coastal village and famous for its impressive marina with up to 5,000 moorings. The village is crossed by numerous canals, along which luxury houses with moorings are located. You can safely say that this seaside resort is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
