A lovely quiet detached house close to the boulevard and beach. This is perfectly doable on foot.
There is a private swimming pool fenced for small children. Private parking at home. Dutch TV and WiFi are available. You can reach Barcelona in 55 minutes by express train from Figueres and Madrid in 3.55. Skiing in the Spanish and French Pyrenees is a 2-hour drive away.
It takes you 15 minutes to drive to Roses, where there are many nice and tasty restaurants.
There are various cycling tours, parachuting, padel/tennis, yetski fun and you can also rent boats, but you must have a boating license when you go out to sea. If you don't have one, you can rent eco boats and sail through the canal, which is worth it.
In Figueres you can visit the Dali museum. There are several nice fishing villages nearby, such as: san Pedro Pescador, Cadaques, Estartit
