6-person villa with jetty

This cozy detached villa for 6 persons is located in the street Freser in Empuriabrava, has a private swimming pool and a jetty. The villa has recently been partially renovated, has a new kitchen and new furniture.
Entering the spacious grounds of this villa, we find a driveway where you can park the car, with a garage where there is a washing machine and an extra fridge. Via the side of the house you reach the canal side, where the entrance of this single-storey villa is also located. On this side of the villa is a spacious garden which is partly tiled and partly grassed, a swimming pool of 5 x 8.5 m, an outdoor shower, terrace on the water and a mooring of 17 meters. The house has a spacious covered terrace where you can enjoy your drink in a wonderful shelter. The outdoor furniture consists of a dining table with chairs, 4 sun beds and a small lounge set to enjoy the view on the waterfront. Upon entering the house we enter the living room, where there is a comfortable sofa and 2 chairs, and a smart TV with German and Dutch channels. In addition, there is a fireplace. To the right of the living room is the open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and Nespresso machine. In the dining room there is a round table with 6 chairs. On the right side of the dining room is an en-suite bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200), air conditioning, a wardrobe, bedside tables with a bedside lamp and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. On the other side of the living room, via a hall, there are two more bedrooms with a bathroom in between with a toilet, walk-in shower and sink. The right bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200), large fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with a lamp and air conditioning. In the air-conditioned left bedroom there is a large double bed (180 x 200), fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with a lamp. Pillows and duvets are provided in all bedrooms. Extras: WIFI, barbeque Bed linen not included in the price, can be rented for €15/person (sheets) or €20/person (sheets + towels). Groups of young people are not accepted. Small dog allowed (supplement 50 €).
