This cozy detached villa for 6 persons is located in the street Freser in Empuriabrava, has a private swimming pool and a jetty. The villa has recently been partially renovated, has a new kitchen and new furniture.
Entering the spacious grounds of this villa, we find a driveway where you can park the car, with a garage where there is a washing machine and an extra fridge. Via the side of the house you reach the canal side, where the entrance of this single-storey villa is also located. On this side of the villa is a spacious garden which is partly tiled and partly grassed, a swimming pool of 5 x 8.5 m, an outdoor shower, terrace on the water and a mooring of 17 meters. The house has a spacious covered terrace where you can enjoy your drink in a wonderful shelter. The outdoor furniture consists of a dining table with chairs, 4 sun beds and a small lounge set to enjoy the view on the waterfront. Upon entering the house we enter the living room, where there is a comfortable sofa and 2 chairs, and a smart TV with German and Dutch channels. In addition, there is a fireplace. To the right of the living room is the open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and Nespresso machine. In the dining room there is a round table with 6 chairs. On the right side of the dining room is an en-suite bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200), air conditioning, a wardrobe, bedside tables with a bedside lamp and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. On the other side of the living room, via a hall, there are two more bedrooms with a bathroom in between with a toilet, walk-in shower and sink. The right bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200), large fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with a lamp and air conditioning. In the air-conditioned left bedroom there is a large double bed (180 x 200), fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with a lamp. Pillows and duvets are provided in all bedrooms. Extras: WIFI, barbeque Bed linen not included in the price, can be rented for €15/person (sheets) or €20/person (sheets + towels). Groups of young people are not accepted. Small dog allowed (supplement 50 €).

I am Michelle and my husband and I are lucky enough to have a family home in Empuriabrava since 2009. A beautiful place with a private swimming pool, lots of living space in the garden and a jetty for a boat behind your house to sail to the beautiful bay of Rosas. Outside the summer season, the beautiful hinterland is very much worth discovering. And that with the beach, shops and restaurants within cycling and walking distance. And for the youth, of course, plenty of entertainment venues.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The house is equipped with Wifi and included in the price.

Cancellation
- Cancellations must be confirmed in writing to the rental office with enclosing
of the booking confirmation. Immediately upon receipt of the written cancellation, the rental office will send
a cancellation confirmation.
In case of cancellation, the following rules apply:
- In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 20% of the rental price will be refunded
Charged.
- In case of cancellation between 30 days and 7 days before the start of the rental period, 80% of the
rental fee.
- In case of cancellation within 7 days before the arrival day of the rental period, 100% of the
rental fee.

Additional information

Empuriabrava, with its channels leading into the Bay of Rosas, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a unique site in Europe. Houses where you can moor your own boat at the private jetty and where you can also stay quietly in high summer because of the many dead-end canals. Not a boat yourself? There are boats for rent everywhere, with which you can explore the canals. There are also companies where you can rent boats for the sea.
The village is located in the middle of a large nature reserve, where you can enjoy cycling and walking. The mountainous hinterland, foothills of the Pyrenees, is beautifully green and has many small villages with restaurants everywhere where delicious and very affordable food can be eaten.
Empuriabrava itself has a very wide and elongated beach and many restaurants. Once a week there is a large market along the long boulevard. There are entertainment options for the youth, including the famous club Passarella.
Figueres with its famous Salvador Dali museum, the picturesque Cadaques, Girona are all within easy reach. Barcelona can be reached within an hour by train from Figueres.

In the front garden there is a cozy sitting area to sit in the sun in the early morning.
The house is located on a beautiful wide and dead end canal. You can sail to the sea with your boat, but because the house is located on a dead-end canal, it is nice and quiet in the garden even in high summer.
The front garden is spacious and is a wonderful place to have a windless place during Tramontana. Although there is enough space to park on the street, you can also park 2 cars inside the gate.

A generously equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, sufficient kitchen utensils, oven-microwave, toaster and a Nespresso machine
Even with the curtains closed a wonderfully light house. The curtains are not really necessary for privacy, but give an extra cozy feeling, especially in the evening.
From the house you have a nice view of the beautiful garden.
