Welcome to our modern corner apartment in a new complex in Villamartin, perfect for 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 of which is ensuite):

-The master bedroom has a double bed with its own ensuite bathroom.
-The second bedroom has a double bed.
-The third bedroom has two single beds.
-There is also a separate second bathroom.

In addition, there is a cot and high chair available. Beach chairs and toys are available for a day out.

The large garden is child-friendly with a dining table, lounge area, south-facing front garden and backyard with morning sun.

Enjoy the fully fenced communal swimming pool (with children's area) and the proximity to beaches (several beaches within 5 to 15 minutes driving distance), towns and golf courses. Perfect for a relaxing stay!

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and the private garden. The spacious garden is child-friendly and equipped with a dining table and lounge area. The communal swimming pool in the complex is also available for use.

A car is handy in this area! You can also use a taxi (Taxi Costa 'Taxi Booker' - kind of like Uber) or the scooters of various providers (such as Hoppy, Link, etc.).
