My name is Arjan, I'm 34 years old and I live in Houten. Since June 2024 I have been co-owner of a lovely 3-room new-build apartment in Spain. We fell in love with this ground floor apartment because of its fine location, the spacious communal pool and the large garden. In addition, the apartment is fully equipped and still brand new.

I like it when other people can also use this nice place to spend their holidays, relax for a few days, work online or spend the winter for a longer period of time.
