The house is a 5-minute drive from Arenal, the sandy beach in the middle of Javea. A lovely detached Mediterranean sunny house that has recently been renovated. The garden is wonderfully large and you have a lot of privacy by the pool, since there are no neighbors on that side. A sunny garden so sun all day long. But for shade we also have a lovely wooden canopy with lighting and a fan.
Fully equipped with a new kitchen, new bathrooms and a cozy living room and another separate room with its own TV, table and sofa. Perfect for larger families. On the ground floor there are also 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Below the house, at street level, is a separate apartment with its own bathroom and private terrace. You have your own driveway and the house is fenced off.
