In this beautiful area there are golf courses, water sports activities, many walking and cycling routes and hundreds of restaurants and bars. The nearest beach with its restaurants and bars is only 1.2 kilometers away and the supermarket is exactly a kilometer walk or drive.
With its 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it can accommodate 10 people. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the apartment has another 2 bedrooms and the third bathroom. In the house, all three bedrooms have a lovely box spring of 1.80 meters with a nasa topper. In the apartment the same box spring of 1.80 and one of 1.60 wide. These beds are of course also equipped with a nasa topper. So wonderful space and comfort.
The bathrooms have a toilet and spacious shower.
The dining table is in the beautiful conservatory from where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view.
Of course, there is TV with all the channels you can think of, including Netflix. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment. The different rooms can be heated or cooled separately by airo. For the winter months, you can also heat the house with the central heating.
Outside the real enjoyment begins!
In the Spanish sun you have access to your own private swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters. Everywhere around the pool there is plenty of space to enjoy the sun on one of the sunbeds or to find a spot in the shade.
A little later in the day you can hang out at your own outdoor bar or grill outside in the beautiful outdoor kitchen.
From the entire pool terrace you can also enjoy a beautiful sea view here.
The entire site is walled. You enter through a remote-controlled electric gate. Parking for at least 3 cars.
